Instrument and Uniform Drop off Final Details!
KISD District Wide Uniform/Instrument Return
On Tuesday, May 26, KISD will conduct a drive-by uniform and instrument return for all band and choir students.
All TSMS Wind Ensemble students who have been issued a uniform must return their complete uniform – including jacket, pants, dress, or pearls, and hanging bag – at this time. Do not turn in tux shirts, bow ties, or cummerbunds.
ONLY Students who are leaving the music program need to return their instrument. This includes students who are moving, or students who will not be continuing band next year in KISD.
Here are the details for the drop-off:
When: Tuesday, May 26
Time: 9:30-Noon and 5:00-6:30 (come either time)
Where: Central High School (9450 Ray White Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76244)
*Enter from Ray White road and follow the driveway behind the school. We are the TCHS feeder pattern, the second dropoff location. See the map below.*
Instructions for drop-off:
● Uniforms/Instruments must be labeled with student name and school.
● Remove any personal items or trash from the uniform bag/instrument case.
● Students will drive up to the designated area curbside and drop off uniform and/or instrument. Watch for signs and staff to direct you. Please DO NOT exit your vehicle.You will hand your uniform/instrument to a director.
● Once uniform/instrument is checked in, the student is free to go.
● If damage to the uniform/instrument is evident, you will receive information about additional fees later.
